Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns
 

  1. Eligibility: You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return,
    the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  2. Non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable products are not eligible for return.

  3. Return Process:

    • Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@thebluerosestudio.com to initiate a return.
      Include your order number and the reason for the return.

    • Please take clear photos of your item if there is a defect and include with email.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and
      instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at customerservice@thebluerosestudio.com to initiate an exchange.
      Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

    • Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the returned item(s).
      We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) to you.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thebluerosestudio.com.
Provide your order number, details of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
